I'm pleased to share that April was a record-breaking month for hub activity with over 17,000 messages passing through the hub. It's great to witness such an acceleration in pace! I am pleased to see the hub performing well, within SLA’s under the increasing volumes.
Building on insights gained from participants in integration testing, we will be releasing next week the enhanced integration-test completion criteria. This will help ensure that CPs going directly from this stage into ramp-up or live are fully tested and ready.
We also recently received a good number of signed User Agreements, in the run up to the deadline of 7 May. It’s not too late to sign, but we need everyone on the hub to be on the same contractual footing. If you have onboarded with us but have no signed User Agreement, we will be writing you to outline the next steps, which will lead to suspension from testing and possibly losing your RCPID and the need to repeat onboarding. We will be reaching out to those who are still outstanding. If you have questions, please get in touch.
As you know, we invest a lot of time in engagement across industry, so I am looking forward to presenting to BT’s wholesale customers on Tuesday 21 May. If you have an engagement opportunity, please contact me; the team and I would love to join you.
Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has applied to join the OTS Operations Forum. I am pleased to see such a diverse range of applications from across the industry. This forum plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operational readiness for OTS, and I'm eagerly anticipating the valuable outputs it will generate.
That’s all from me this week. Have a great weekend, enjoy the sunshine!
