This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming over 130 colleagues to our June Stakeholder Forum. I was really encouraged by the great questions and comments, especially those seeking clarification to firm up their OTS readiness plans. As promised, we've added key dates to the OTS readiness checklist we presented, which you can find here. For those who couldn't make it, you can find the presentation and recording here.
I was also delighted to join INCA at their breakfast meeting with a large audience of their members. It was great to be able to answer questions and engage with so many interested participants. The discussions were very productive, and I appreciated the opportunity to address concerns and provide further clarity on the OTS implementation.
It’s therefore timely that Ofcom has circulated a letter to residential CPs, reinforcing the steps needed to implement OTS, which are detailed in our path to go-live document. I hope this will lead to an increase in onboarding and testing activities. As always, if you need support, please contact our service desk. I know that many CPs will be using the services of MAPs to connect to the hub, and they too can give you valuable advice.
With just over 10 weeks to go, we've increased the number of information sessions, now including topics on reporting, data, and message flows. So please go and book into the session of your choice. We want to do everything we can to prepare you for the OTS go-live. If you can’t attend in person, these sessions will also be available for download shortly.
Speaking of preparing for the OTS go-live, the OTS Operations Forum is doing great work on behalf of the industry, providing practical recommendations on the operation of OTS. I look forward to hearing more from them.
That’s all from me this week. Thank you to everyone for your engagement and feedback which is invaluable as we move closer to the go-live date. Let's continue to work together to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Have a great weekend,
Paul
