Friday’s reflections June 9

What a busy week it has been! As we said at the last Stakeholder Forum, we are committed to engaging with you all as much as possible. Trade Association meetings and events are a great way for us to connect with all the industry, to keep you updated on our progress. Just yesterday, I had the pleasure in attending the ISPA Business Summit. I wanted to share some of what I took away from a really interesting day.

It was encouraging to hear Industry leaders talk about the opportunities that will come with the One Touch Switch process and the work underway internally within their organisations to be ready for its introduction.  I also took away some key points that were raised that we intend to cover in our upcoming Stakeholder forum.  Overall, a hugely interesting and informative day. It was great to meet some of you in person.

I want to acknowledge that there are a few crucial pieces of information we have yet to share with you. These include the API Specification, our decision on end-to-end encryption, and the pricing structure. I understand the importance of these documents to you, and I want to assure you that they are nearly complete and will be delivered to you imminently.

That’s all from me this week, I will look forward to seeing you all at the Stakeholder Forum next week. Enjoy the sunny weekend.

All the best
