Friday’s reflections from the desk of CEO Paul Bradbury 19 January 2024
Though we find ourselves a bit further into the month, as I kick off my first blog of the year, I want to extend warm wishes to you all for a Happy New Year.
As anticipated, our primary focus as we start the year is collaborating with the industry to establish a revised date. Subject to input from the industry, we aim to provide you with an update in February.
Towards the end of last year, we released our proposed approach to Industry Trials in Bulletin No. 42. Today is the deadline, so please send us your response as soon as possible. Your input is crucial to ensuring the proposal aligns with your expectations. Please share your comments with us as soon as possible.
In our operations, in the simulator environment, currently, four users are testing with 27 users who have completed simulator testing. In our integration environment, we currently have 20 users going through integration testing. Our experience shows that establishing a connection to the hub can take some time, so I would like to encourage all users to start your testing journeys as early as possible.
We welcome the ramp-up of engagement across the industry this year. This week, I attended the INCA Switching and Special Wholesale Group. Next week, we will be hosting an INCA One Touch Switch Webinar on 25 January. We are coordinating with other trade associations to host webinars in early February. Also, our first Stakeholder Forum of the year will take place on January 31. I hope to see you all there.
I wanted to finish by reminding you of our refreshed and updated the TOTSCo Hub User Guide. This has been designed to be your companion as you embark on your One Touch Switch (OTS) journey. It is a living document that we will update and add to as we progress. Currently, we are working on adding a complete guide to using our account management portal due out shortly.
That’s all from me, folks. Don’t forget, if you have any questions, please get in touch.
Have a great weekend.
