This week marks a significant milestone just six weeks after the launch of One Touch Switch: 100,000 orders have been successfully completed! With 197,000 orders placed, we expect the lag between order and completion to decrease following the decommissioning of NOT+ earlier this week. This achievement highlights industry’s commitment to adoption and the effectiveness of the new switching process.
This makes collaboration among users more crucial than ever. I’m encouraged to see a continued increase in sign-ups for the CP-to-CP tool, which is vital for facilitating communication and resolving issues during the OTS process. If you haven't signed up yet, you can do so **here.
Speaking of collaboration, it's essential to utilise the newly introduced Outage Calendar to inform the community about both planned and unplanned changes. This will enable everyone to plan accordingly for any outages. Here is the how-to guide with detailed instructions on how and when to use the tool.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the service desk – we are here to help! Additionally, there will be an opportunity to see a short demo of this new tool at our Stakeholder Forum next week, so we encourage you to join us.
Quick reminder from me, customer numbers as of 30 June 2024 are due to be submitted by the end of October. You can enter this information into the Account Management Portal from Monday 28 October. Review our how-to guide (page 8) for some brief instructions on how to add your customer numbers.
On Halloween, we look forward to welcoming you to our October Stakeholder Forum. Here is our proposed agenda, if there are any specific topics you'd like us to cover or questions you'd like to submit in advance, please feel free to let me know—we’d love to hear from you. As always, we will also cover our usual updates on progress and key developments.
That’s all from me folks, have a good weekend.
Many thanks,
Paul

** Those using a full management MAP don’t need to sign up to the CP-to-CP tool as your FM MAP will sign up on your behalf.
