This week was a big week of engagement. I had the pleasure of attending the INCA Summit and hosting our November Stakeholder Forum. It was great to catch up with CPs, MAPs and other stakeholders – some for the first time, while others are now familiar faces.
These conversations are always incredibly valuable for hearing feedback – both on what we’re doing well and where we can improve. One CP shared how OTS has been a game-changer for their operations, particularly for their sales teams, which is fantastic to hear.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Trade Associations for their crucial role in helping us get the message out to the wider industry. Their ongoing support has been instrumental in the success of OTS so far, and we look forward to continuing this collaboration in the future.
As I shared at the Stakeholder Forum, the TOTSCo Hub is currently processing up to 77,000 messages per day, all within SLA. We currently have 359 users onboarded, with 292 actively listed in the live OTS directory.
Switching volumes are increasing nicely – by the time this blog hits your inbox, we’ll have surpassed a quarter of a million completed switches. That’s an exciting milestone for OTS and a testament to the progress we’ve all made.
As you may have noticed from the daily information we publish here, the switch match confirmation rate is steadily increasing. Anecdotally, this appears to be a result of many organisations refining their processes and procedures as they gain more experience with OTS ways of working.
As mentioned at the Stakeholder Forum, next week we will be releasing a bulletin to update the industry on our plans to provide a TOTSCo Gaining Provider Led Business Switching Solution. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this important update.
I’m pleased to update you on our board activities and announce that Jeremy Chelot has been re-elected by the constituents to serve as the TOTSCo Board Director for the New Infrastructure Providers' Constituency. I look forward to continuing our collaboration with Jeremy.
