On Monday this week, we hit a record-breaking milestone with 9,500 switch requests in a single day! The total switch orders placed have now exceeded 585,000, with over 425,000 successfully completed. These impressive figures mark a fantastic start to the year and set the tone for continued success.
We currently have 307 brands active in the live directory, with around 13 more in the testing phase. We will continue to support new brands through the onboarding and testing process, ensuring a smooth transition into the live environment.
As I mentioned last week, a focus for the start of this year is to finalise our business switching offering. Last week we released Bulletin 78, featuring proposed changes to our User Agreement and MAP Agreement to accommodate business switching. The OTS Operations Forum has decided to transition to monthly meetings, reflecting the great work they are doing to enhance the operations of OTS. This shift ensures continued collaboration and focus on driving improvements to support the industry's needs. You can access all meeting presentations and minutes, here. Our first Stakeholder Forum of the year will take place on 13 February from 1pm – 2.30pm. We will feature an update on the operation of OTS and provide more detail on our business switching solution.
