This bulletin provides notice of updates to our MAP Agreement, and follows our 29 May 2024 consultation in Bulletin 60 and our 24 June 2024 notification of changes to our User Agreement notified in Bulletin 62.
If you have already signed our MAP Agreement, the notified changes will take effect 30 days after the date of this bulletin. If you have not yet signed our User Agreement, you will be sent the revised version for signature.

Consultation and our response
In addition to the changes made as a result of user feedback summarised in Bulletin 62, we received MAP requests for a liability ceiling for MAPs and various drafting clarifications.
In response, we are introducing a £7.5m liability ceiling for MAPs and some drafting clarifications.
