Jeremy Chelot, who has served as the representative Director for the New Infrastructure Provider Constituency, will be stepping down from his position effective 28 November 2024.
Jeremy’s decision reflects his belief that the primary goal of delivering the One Touch Switch (OTS) process has been successfully accomplished.
Reflecting on his time with TOTSCo, Jeremy shared, “Working with TOTSCo has been very good. Now that OTS is up and running, my role has come to a natural close. I’m excited to see TOTSCo’s continued impact on industry switching.”

What is the role of a Constituency Director?
While appointed to represent a specific constituency, all Constituency Directors share the same responsibilities as other Directors. This includes acting in TOTSCo’s best interests overall, in compliance with company law and the Articles. The Constituency Director will participate in monthly Board meetings, contribute to strategic decisions, and ensure effective communication between the New Infrastructure Provider Constituency and TOTSCo’s Board.
