This week, we are pleased to celebrate a significant milestone: over 300,000 successfully completed. Following the busy Black Friday period, we’ve observed a reduction in volume, and the hub continues to perform as expected—a testament to the progress made together with our industry partners. Thank you to everyone who attended our second Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 10 December. As an organisation established by and accountable to the industry, the AGM serves as an important opportunity for members and stakeholders to participate in our governance. We were delighted to welcome attendees from across the industry and beyond. During the meeting, we shared the audited accounts and provided an overview of our progress and plans, you can find a recording of the AGM here. The accounts and management report will soon be available on our website.
Our final Stakeholder Forum of the year will take place next week on 19 December, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. This event is a chance to celebrate our collective achievements, review the performance of our hub and services, discuss our approach to business switching, and explore what lies ahead in 2025.
