The second week of One Touch Switch (OTS) operations has shown strong progress, with over 70 brands placing 30,000 OTS switch orders – a 20% increase – and 7,600 successful completions. If this trend continues, full adoption of OTS for all switches could be achieved within four weeks, which is an extremely encouraging sign. You can track our progress here, with statistics updated daily.

With over 250 brands now live, our primary focus remains helping the industry achieve full OTS adoption. To reach this goal, we recognise the need to address challenges in the matching process. As mentioned in Ofcoms open letter to the OTA2 this week, we’ll be working closely with the industry to support efforts in improving matching.

Thank you to everyone who attended our September Stakeholder Forum – the recording and presentation are available here. A key theme of the session was collaboration, which is essential for achieving full OTS adoption. We understand how critical direct communication between hub users is for resolving challenges in the OTS process.

To that end, I strongly encourage everyone in the live environment to sign up for the CP-to-CP Communication Tool. By joining, you'll be able to message any other registered user. The more participants we have, the more valuable the tool becomes—so please sign up today

Recognising that communication remains a challenge until the tool is fully adopted, as mentioned in Bulletin 71 , we are implementing a temporary support service to assist the industry during this transition. You can also help by adding your Customer and Sales Assist URLs to aid the matching process. Simply click on ‘Managed Brands’ in your account management portal to add this information.

Finally, I’m pleased to confirm, as stated in Bulletin 70, that there will be no changes to our pricing for 2025. A quick action for all onboarded MAPs and CPs – please be prepared to share your customer numbers as of 30 June 2024. We will be in touch soon with details on how to submit this information.

That’s all from me folks, have a good weekend.

Many thanks,

Paul
