It's remarkable to think that we are now less than a month away from the go-live of One Touch Switch. Working together has brought us to this pivotal milestone.
Testing and trials have continued to make good progress this week. There are now over 50 brands involved in integration testing; a full list can be found here, with more due to join next week. In industry ramp live switch-order volumes are steadily increasing. You can view the daily progress here. Feedback from the brands participating in trials suggests they are not only preparing to increase volumes but also placing a strong emphasis on readying their operational teams for the new process.
The TOTSCo Service Manual published earlier in the month supports CPs preparing for OTS go-live. If you have any feedback, please let us know.
We will be opening the TOTSCo telephone help desk at the end of August, providing you with another way of raising issues and enquiries. More information to come shortly.
As anticipated, the testing phase has provided us all with valuable lessons, and we are grateful for all the constructive feedback we have gained from a variety of stakeholders and industry groups, which can be used for the benefit of all hub users. In response to requests for more information, we have added a ‘Testing and Trials Information‘ tab on our website. This new page includes daily progress updates on trials, testing lessons learned and much more.
Finally, I have two calls to action!
Our final Stakeholder Forum before OTS go-live will take place on 29 August. Please let us know if there are any specific topics you'd like us to cover or if you have any questions you’d like to submit in advance. Feel free to reach out to us with your suggestions.
Book your Production Implementation Test (PIT), unless you're connecting through a full management MAP, as soon as possible. A PIT is required for everyone before the OTS go-live. Please contact us to book your slot.
Thanks everyone, have a great weekend
