TOTSCo is a not-for-profit company established by the telecoms industry in May 2022 in response to a mandate by the telecoms industry regulator Ofcom. We operate the TOTSCo Hub, a key tool in transforming and simplifying the process of switching broadband and mobile phone providers. This process is known as the One Touch Switching (OTS) process.
If you provide internet access, telephone services, and mobile connectivity to consumers, you need to start engaging with the OTS process as soon as possible. Once you onboard with us, you can connect to the TOTSCo Hub directly or get a Managed Access Provider (MAP) to assist you.
