I am delighted to announce that this week we have reached another significant milestone: the first end-to-end One Touch Switch in staff trials within the live environment. This achievement marks a critical step forward in validating the OTS process. Even if you are not participating in the trials, please know that those who are validating the OTS process are doing so on behalf of the entire industry as we prepare for go-live on 12 September. Thank you to everyone involved in these efforts for your dedication and hard work.

Next week is May’s Stakeholder Forum, where we'll cover various topics including the path to go-live. Our aim is to ensure everyone is clear on what they need to do to be ready for OTS. We will discuss the enhanced integration criteria, which is scheduled to be published early next week, as well as providing further insights into the stages of industry trials giving clear information on how you can take part.
