This week marks a significant milestone as we enter the ramp stage of industry trials with the placement of the first residential consumer switch orders. During the ramp stage, participants will place an increasing share of switch orders through OTS, until OTS go-live on 12 September.
With only seven weeks remaining until the OTS go-live, this achievement is both a crucial milestone and a very encouraging sign of our progress. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication in getting us to this stage. Your continued efforts are crucial as we move forward, and I appreciate all the work still to come.
Applications for entry for ramp close on 1 August, so if you would like to participate, we would like to hear from you – contact us at [email protected]. You can review our weekly progress here, along with lessons learned.
We held our July Stakeholder Forum this week. Thank you all for the engaging discussions, insightful questions, and valuable feedback. We recognise the feedback regarding Bulletin 66 and the guidance on receiving HTTP messages from the hub. As mentioned at the forum, if you have additional feedback, please email us and we will take it to the Industry Progress Group for discussion.
Lastly, for those of you who have onboarded with us, please check in the portal how your brand name appears in the directory download. If you need help, watch our 1-minute how-to video! If you would like to amend your brand name or perhaps add any aliases or names your organisation is known by, please contact the service desk.
To conclude, this week marks one of the most significant milestones in our OTS journey, with just seven weeks remaining until the ultimate milestone of our OTS go-live. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. As we approach the final stretch, we remain fully committed to providing all the support necessary to ensure a successful launch.
Thank you for your continued dedication and teamwork.
