TOTSCo

Friday's reflections from the desk of CEO Paul Bradbury

1 December 2023

Hello everyone,

As we navigate through another busy week at TOTSCo, our journey towards One Touch Switching (OTS) continues to gain momentum thanks to the collective efforts and commitment of our entire community.

Firstly, I am pleased to report that we are making excellent progress in our testing phase. This critical stage is not just about ensuring technical precision; it’s about laying the groundwork for a seamless and user-friendly experience for all. Your active participation and feedback have been instrumental in achieving these milestones.

We have begun generating invoices, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your cooperation in processing these promptly. Your timely responses and support in this area help us maintain the robustness and reliability of the OTS system.

Understanding the importance of a smooth onboarding process, we are increasing our resources from Monday. This step is aimed at ensuring that you receive the fastest possible service, reducing wait times and streamlining your experience. Our team is dedicated to assisting you at every step, ensuring a hassle-free integration with OTS.

We are also pleased to announce that an updated user guide will be released very soon. This guide is being carefully crafted to make your journey with OTS as intuitive and straightforward as possible. An update and redesign of the TOTSCo website is scheduled for later this month.

I would like to extend a special thank you to everyone involved in the Industry Programme Group (IPG), various testing groups, and the dedicated staff at Tech M and TOTSCo. Your tireless work and dedication are the driving forces behind the successful implementation of OTS.

As we look forward to another productive week, I want to reiterate my appreciation for your continued support and collaboration. Together, we are not just building a system; we are shaping an experience that will redefine customer interaction in the telecom industry.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Warm regards,

Paul Bradbury
