TOTSCo

Friday's reflections from the desk of CEO Paul Bradbury

1 March 2024

We were delighted to welcome over 160 individuals representing 79 diverse organisations from across the industry to our February Stakeholder Forum I appreciate the questions and challenges raised during the session. I understand the eagerness to receive a revised OTS go-live date, and I assure you that all parties are working diligently to communicate a date to the industry as soon as possible.

We are delighted to unveil the revamped TOTSCo website today, led by our in-house Communications team. The redesign showcases our new TOTSCo branding and updated content. Ahead of the official launch, we invite you to share your feedback in a short survey, allowing us to integrate your insights into the final version.

We eagerly anticipate the participation of those who meet the criteria outlined at the Stakeholder Forum in the technical industry trials commencing on Monday. A comprehensive information pack on industry trials, covering the three phases, entry and exit criteria, application process, and Q&A, will be published early next week.

We welcomed back this week, Richard Steele, our Chief Technology Officer, after a productive visit to our Technology Partner, Tech Mahindra. Given their role in designing, building, and operating the TOTSCo Hub, this trip was crucial for fostering collaboration, meeting teams, and ensuring effective partnership. The insights gained during this visit will contribute to enhancing our service maturity and overall operational efficiency.

Upon reviewing our onboarding and testing participation, it is evident that progress has plateaued, with only 6 organisations currently engaging in simulator testing and 21 advancing in integration testing. I would like to continue to encourage everyone to get started on their journey. Click here to start the simple onboarding process with us. If you need assistance with testing, please contact us; we are here to provide support.

That’s all from me folks, have a great weekend.

Paul
