Yesterday evening at the ISPA awards was truly a night to remember. It was a pleasure to meet so many of our hub users in person, sharing insights and experiences as we all gear up for the One Touch Switching (OTS) initiative. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were palpable. It’s clear that we’re all committed to making the OTS process as seamless as possible for consumers.

I was particularly encouraged to hear about the preparations underway for OTS and the valuable feedback many of you provided. These conversations are vital as they help us understand your needs and expectations, allowing us to tailor our services to support you better.

As we approach a critical phase in the OTS rollout, I’m delighted that more users have shared their plans with us and we are now expecting testing volumes to increase significantly from mid-November. If you haven’t scheduled your testing yet, now is the time to act.
