We are all on a journey towards OTS, and this week holds a significant place in my own journey, marking one year since I joined TOTSCo.  I was thrilled to celebrate the anniversary this morning by witnessing a live demonstration of the hub in the systems integration environment. It is one of the many things that gives me great confidence in TOTSCo’s delivery of the hub earlier than anticipated, as announced today. I know you will be thinking about how you can incorporate this into your own testing plans.

Looking back on the past year, it’s remarkable to see the immense accomplishments of Team OTS.  Together we have published an industry process, run a comprehensive procurement process ensuring optimal value for money, created a huge engagement programme with industry to make sure we are communicating and gaining feedback each step of the way, and now we are in the early stages of hub delivery. These achievements have been made possible by the dedication of all stakeholders, including our technology partner Tech Mahindra, and the TOTSCo team.

Hub delivery is only a steppingstone, and as an industry we are now looking ahead to OTS go-live.   You will see that we have announced a planned date of 14 March 2024, and while there may be some bumps on the road ahead, I and the whole TOTSCo team look forward to working with all of you to make this a reality.
