Throughout this week, we’ve seen a good amount of testing activity. In In parallel, we’ve been preparing to deliver new services to you from 20 October.  

We will be launching two new authentication protocols, mTLS and API Key, which are scheduled to be available in our test environments. For those of you who prefer these protocols, we kindly request that you book your test slots by contacting our service desk via email. 

In addition, for those who have completed the commercial onboarding process, we will be rolling out self-service fault and inquiry ticket management directly within your account. This feature allows you to effortlessly raise a ticket, track its progress, make updates, communicate with us, and benefit from priority allocation. Furthermore, you’ll have the convenience of adding trading entities to your account.

We will release a bulletin next week detailing what you can expect from our services starting on October 20. 

Next week is our October Stakeholder Forum. Our guest slot will feature Ordnance Survey, who will be providing a perspective on getting ‘address ready’ for OTS. Additionally, we will be guiding you through the new services that will be accessible starting from October 20th, along with all the customary essential updates. If there are specific topics you’d like us to address during the event, as always please don’t hesitate to ask us.
