14 July 2023
What a momentous week it has been. On Monday, TOTSCo opened for business! We are pleased to announce that we have successfully onboarded more than 60 residential fixed voice and broadband providers, who have started to book their test slots. Don’t forget, you only need to book one test slot initially, if you need a second slot, we can easily book one for you.
If you haven’t yet onboarded, all you need to do is go onto our homepage and click on ‘become a TOTSCo Hub User’. You will find step-by-step instructions in our Hub User Guide.
Thank you to everyone for your feedback so far, it really helps us to make sure we are providing the best possible service to you all, so please keep it coming we are listening.
We are now working hard to in preparation for our next important milestone, the opening of our testing window on 28 July.
To support the testing coordination role industry has asked us to play, we issued Bulletin No.17 introducing our ‘Industry Test Working Groups’ inviting you to sign up. Your input is crucial to achieving the OTS go-live so we would like to hear from as many of you as possible.
More news this week, in spirit of transparency, we have published responses we received as a result of our request for feedback on the Encryption Approach and Data Reporting.
I recognise you are awaiting the detail of our pricing structure. I am working with the board to issue this as soon as possible.
In response to your feedback at our last Stakeholder Forum, we are now publishing all our TOTSCo Board meeting minutes. You will find them on our website here.
Thanks all from me this week, I am looking forward to seeing you all on Monday’s Stakeholder Forum.
Have a great weekend.
All the best
Paul
