This week marks a significant milestone for the industry, as we released the revised One Touch Switch (OTS) planned go-live date of 12 September. Alongside this announcement, we have also published the TOTSCo path to One Touch Switch go-live.
There are different paths to go-live depending on participation in industry trials, and this document contains details on both. For those not participating in trials, this document outlines the plan for connection to the hub before OTS go-live. We’re committed to continuously enhancing this plan and will provide additional details as we move forward.
I am pleased to report that this week marks the first messages sent in industry trials as part of the technical trial stage. As promised, from next week we will be updating our website weekly to show the progress of industry trials.
With a revised OTS date in sight, I encourage those who have yet to embark on their OTS journey to connect with us. Begin by spending a few minutes onboarding, and then we will assist you through the testing stages. For support in connecting to the TOTSCo Hub via a Managed Access Provider (MAP), you can find all MAPs we collaborate with listed on our website. I encourage you to reach out to them to determine which provider best suits your needs. If you need any help getting started please contact us, we are here to help.
Next week, I am looking forward to attending the WISPA spring 2024 members meeting and the team will be attending the INCA Switching and Special Wholesale Group. We are commitment to engaging with as many industry events as possible. If you have a meeting or event you would like us to attend please get in touch.
Lastly, on Monday we will be launching our revamped TOTSCo website, so I look forward to sharing with an important tool which will be helping guide us to go-live.
That’s all from me folks, have a great weekend.
Paul
