18 August 2023
Since the start of onboarding on 10 July, we have seen a ramp up of direct interaction with you, the users of the hub. We now have over 100 CPs who have onboarded with us and received their RCPID, and around ten CPs per week are using the test harness for connection and basic messaging testing. We are increasing capacity, so please don’t be shy to book your test slot.
If you need any support onboarding or testing do look through our User Guide and if you don’t find the information you are looking for you contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Working groups are a huge contributor to our success. In the Process Working Group we have seen significant progress leading to the release of an updated industry process complete with process flows, message specification and an updated list of response codes. They are also creating best practice guides for matching and unhappy paths which will a great aid in all your OTS preparations.
In the newly formed Industry Testing Groups, there has been a flurry of activity including, defining of the test scenarios, CP-to-CP testing approach and test data requirements. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all those who are involved in all our working groups, your efforts will play a crucial role in achieving OTS go-live.
The announcement of the planned OTS go-live date on March 14 has intensified industry focus on the essential plans and preparations to meet it. To support our role in coordinating the industry test approach we will be sending a questionnaire to you all next week. This will help us to gain a better understanding of your plans, such as your intended timing for connection testing and expected start date of CP-to-CP testing in our integration environment. The more information you provide, the better equipped we are to develop a comprehensive industry-wide test approach.
That’s a wrap for this week! I look forward to seeing you all at the Stakeholder Forum on Thursday 24 August. If you have any questions or topics you would like us to cover please let us know ahead of time.
Best of luck to the Lionesses on Sunday!
Have a great weekend.
Paul
