This week we held our first Stakeholder Forum of the year. Thank you to all of you who came along, your valuable feedback and questions are critical to our ongoing progress. If you couldn’t attend, you can find a recording here.

I was also pleased to present to an insightful OTS webinar hosted by Comms Council UK. Attendees were keen to hear about our progress and to understand how the TOTSCo hub may be used for business switching once we have committed funding from interested parties.

We all understand the critical importance to industry of a revised planned OTS go-live date. As of now, we believe that we will be communicating a revised date in the latter part of February. I will keep you all updated on any developments.

We are in the process of opening our live environment in preparation for Industry Trials. At the same time we will be offering enhanced support from our technology partner, Tech Mahindra, with strengthened technology and customer support teams operating to SLAs. This represents a positive step toward delivering an enhanced level of service and support to you.

For those of you awaiting a response to Bulletin No 42 regarding Industry Trials, we are carefully reviewing all comments and feedback. A comprehensive response, along with a final proposal, will be shared shortly.

In the spirit of progress, I encourage more CPs to join us and commence their testing journey. With our current onboarding numbers standing at a steady 148 users, initiating the onboarding process is a quick 5-minute step that ensures we are aware of your presence and can adequately prepare you for the journey ahead.
