As I sit here, going through the comments from the Engagement Survey we recently sent and seeing your requests for regular updates from TOTSCo, I thought it would be a fantastic idea to kickstart your weekend with a Friday round-up.  

Time flies at TOTSCo, and once again, we find ourselves at the end of another week. We have been holding daily meetings with our technology delivery partner, Tech Mahindra. This week, we had an exciting moment as we got a glimpse of our brand-new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It looked absolutely fantastic! The interface was so clear and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. I think you will really like it.  

I recognise you are all eagerly awaiting updates on our discussions on end-to-end encryption and pricing. I want to assure you that we will be announcing decisions and next steps in the very near future.  

I also understand you are keen to receive the final version of our API Specification, with final reviews taking place next week that is due imminently. Thank you for your patience.  

One last piece of news from me, I’m excited to announce that we have a new addition to our team, Debra Revens, who joins us as our OTS Industry Program Lead. This is great news, especially considering the numerous requests we received from all of you, for someone who can provide essential support and understand your readiness and challenges. 

Debra will be playing a crucial role in working closely with each of you. With her expertise and dedication, we can ensure a smooth and successful transition to One Touch Switch. I look forward to introducing her to you at the next Stakeholder Forum on 14 June.
