3 November 2023
Great to be back with the team after a few days off.
With only 18 weeks to go until the planned go-live of One Touch Switch it’s great to see more organisations preparing for testing but we want to see more. I encourage you get in touch with us now. We have a dedicated Industry Readiness Team ready to support you through your OTS journey.
If you were waiting for the additional authentication protocols to be added, mTLS, API Keys and OAuth2 are all available in all our test environments.
If you are looking for support from a Managed Access Provider (MAP) to connect to the TOTSCo Hub more information is now available on the services MAPs are offering. Take a look at Bulletin 34. Or come along to our ‘How to engage with a MAP’ sessions. During the session, we will walk you through the different MAP solutions and provide you with valuable insights and answers to your questions. Dates: 9, 16, 23 November Time: 10 – 11am – Sign up here.
Another step towards OTS go-live is the publication of the OTS charging structure and pricing for 2024 and the User Agreement (including schedules). I am delighted that the pricing falls at the lower end of the previously indicated range. Additionally, in response to valuable industry feedback, we have made adjustments to accommodate smaller CPs, recognising the potential burden these charges may pose to them.
Our focus for next week is on preparing for the release of more self-service functionality which will be available to you from 20 November. This includes access to billing information, enhanced reporting. You will also be able to add additional users to your account who will be able to raise and manage tickets.
Don’t forget, if you need help, we are here to support you every step of the way.
That’s it from me for this week!
Enjoy the weekend.
All the best
Paul
