Have you planned your path to go-live? This was the theme of this month’s Stakeholder Forum, where we were joined by over 50 different organisations from across industry. With only 14 weeks till the One Touch Switch go-live, we shared the critical steps everyone must follow for success.
While we have seen a record number of messages being sent and received in the hub, we would like to see more organisations entering the testing program and most importantly, we want to understand from everyone: What is your path to go-live? This information will help us build it into our overarching industry plan. So, if you need support with planning your path to go-live, please don't hesitate to contact us.
During the Stakeholder Forum, we discussed upcoming changes to the Account Management Portal in June. Two-Factor Authentication will be implemented in the middle of the month, so keep an eye out for a ‘how-to' guide available next week. Additionally, by the end of June, you will have the ability to add colleagues to your account. This will allow them to raise incidents/enquiries, view invoices, and receive technical notifications.
Also, we'll be enhancing how your brand is represented in the directory. We'll reach out to those of you who have onboarded to inquire about your brand representation preferences.
This week we published Bulletin 60: Proposed User Agreement and MAP Agreement changes for your feedback. The changes reflect areas where we feel that clarification was needed, or where our understanding of technical and operational details has evolved during the eight months of integration testing. If you do have any questions or issues on the changes please do contact us by 12 June.
Finally, I wanted to finish by emphasising the importance of understanding and planning your path to OTS go-live. The hub is ready, the team and I are ready to support you every step of the way. We look forward to hearing from you.
That’s all from me this week.
Have a great weekend,
Paul
