This week, switch orders placed have reached 700,000, with 487,000 successfully completed since OTS go-live on 12 September 2024. You can find all this data and more on our ‘Hub Operations Information’ page on our website, including raw data to support your own internal analysis.
The deadline for submitting feedback on our proposed updates to the User Agreement and MAP Agreement for business switching, as outlined in Bulletin 78, closes today. If you still have some feedback to submit please send it into to us as soon as possible to [email protected].
As outlined in Bulletin 77, we are developing a Gaining Provider Led Business Switching (GPLB) solution for Communication Providers and Managed Access Providers (MAPs), with our next update targeted for early March. Our solution will support the GPLB Business Switching process, developed by the GPLB Business Steering Group. You can download the process document and find more details on their website here.
At our Stakeholder Forum on 13 February, we’ll provide an update on OTS operations and walk through the latest status of our GPLB solution, including progress and next steps. The session will also feature a Q&A, so if you’d like to submit questions in advance, please send them to [email protected].
