TOTSCo HUB USER GUIDE

Welcome to the ‘How to Use This TOTSCo Hub User Guide' section of the TOTSCo Hub User Guide 2.0.

This guide is structured to help you navigate through the Hub’s features and services with ease.

Here’s how to make the most of it.

All the information in this guide you will find on our website in the relevant section. We have included links where we can to help you find the information you
need.

The front page of our website is where you will start your onboarding journey.

You will find two links to the Hub: one to become a TOTSCO Hub user and one for existing TOTSCo Hub users. Save the website as a favourite as it will be the place for you to get up-to-date information, including:

  • Industry consultations on important topics
  • News bulletins which we use to update you on our progress
  • Monthly Stakeholder Forum agendas and past recordings and presentations
  • Latest documentation

Familiarising Yourself:

  • Start with the ‘Welcome' and ‘Overview' sections to get a holistic understanding of the TOTSCo Hub’s purpose and benefits.
  • Review the ‘Glossary' to acquaint yourself with the terminology that will be used throughout the guide.

Following the Chapters:

  • Progress through the chapters in sequence if you are new to the Hub, as they are laid out to build your understanding step by step.
  • Each chapter begins with an overview, followed by detailed instructions and tips, ensuring you grasp both the ‘how' and the ‘why' of the Hub’s
    functionalities.

Using the Diagrams:

  • Refer to the diagrams for visual explanations of complex processes. They are there to help you understand the flow of actions and interactions
    within the Hub.

Don't forget this guide is an evolving document. We will add and update information as we progress through to OTS go-live.

Advanced Details:

  • For technical users, the later chapters and appendices  provide technical information.
  • Use the navigation tools provided in the digital format to jump to specific sections or search for topics of interest.
  • If you are looking for more technical information that isn’t in the guide do contact us, we would always be happy to help.

Seeking Help:

  • If you encounter any issues or have questions, consult the ‘How to contact support' section for guidance on obtaining additional help.

Providing Feedback:

  • Your insights are valuable. The last section of the guide explains how to provide feedback, which helps us improve future editions.
