With just 20 days to OTS go-live, this week has seen a sharp increase in the volume of switch orders placed in the ramp. Yesterday alone there were 400, bringing the total so far to 1,750 of which 280 have progressed to completion. We’ve also welcomed three more brands into the ramp making a total of 15. Ramp participants are continually training more agents to offer OTS and adding new sales channels (e.g. digital) to the ramp, so we expect to see continued rapid increases in ramp volumes.
Today, is the last opportunity to join ramp, which gives you the opportunity to test your end-to-end OTS journey using real customer switches. If you’re unable to participate, don’t worry—we’ll continue to share regularly our progress here. On this page, we also share all the lessons learned during testing to support the entire industry. This information is updated weekly so do keep an eye on it.
Our final Stakeholder Forum before the OTS go-live is scheduled for 29 August. I will be hosting the call from India as Joan (our Head of Customer Services) and I will be visiting Tech Mahindra, our managed-service partner. We are very much looking forward to meeting all the many colleagues who are a vital part of the hub operations, who have been working hard to support you and will continue to do so after go-live.
Here you’ll find a draft agenda outlining the key information we plan to cover during the Stakeholder Forum. If there are any specific topics you’d like us to address or questions you’d like to submit in advance, please let us know. We welcome your input, to help us tailor the information to your needs.
Finally, a few reminders from me!
