Yesterday, we kicked off the first Stakeholder Forum of the year, and it was great to start 2025 by reflecting on the milestones we’ve achieved so far—530k switch orders completed, 770k orders placed, and a total of 8.2 million messages processed through the hub. These achievements are a testament to the hard work and collaboration across the industry. You can find the presentation and recording on our website

As we discussed during the forum, now five months in, it's natural that as the hub is operating effectively, the focus is shifting towards refining the operation of OTS—something that remains a key priority for us this year. Alongside our internal efforts, we collaborate closely with the industry working groups we co-chair with the OTA. You can review meeting summaries and presentations on our website, and if you have a question for the groups or would like them to explore a particular topic or issue, please contact us at [email protected]

During the forum, we also clarified that, as outlined in Bulletin 30, the document freeze was in place until the OTS go-live. With that milestone now behind us, there is no longer a document freeze. If you have a suggested change to the OTS process or any related documents, here's the process for submitting it which starts by filling out a ‘change request form’. We’ll be publishing a bulletin next week with further details to guide you through the process.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the role of Small Retail Provider Constituency Director. As I mentioned previously, Andrew Glover will be stepping down from his role as Constituency, with his departure effective 4 March 2025. If you’re interested, kindly submit your expression of interest by contacting us at [email protected] no later than 5pm on Friday, 21 February 2024.

That all from me folks.

Have a great weekend.
