In line with our commitment to transparency, we want to inform industry stakeholders that Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, has issued TOTSCo a notice to provide specified information pursuant to section 135 of the Communications Act 2003.
While details of the notice are confidential, we can share that the notice requires TOTSCo to provide Ofcom with information on the progress of One Touch Switch implementation, including measures of individual and aggregate CP activity in both the test and live hub environments.
