Since go-live, we’ve now seen over 920,000 completed OTS switches and more than 13 million messages processed by the Hub — a strong demonstration that both the process and technology continue to scale well across the industry.
We’re also continuing to see more providers come on board — there are now 324 live brands in the directory, with more in the pipeline.
System Upgrade Delivered Over Easter
Over the Easter weekend, and following our usual notification procedures, we successfully deployed a system upgrade. This further strengthens overall performance and gives us added confidence that we’ll continue to meet system SLAs.
Many thanks to the team at our technical partner, Tech Mahindra, for a smooth development and deployment.
Connected North – Great Engagement and Industry Energy
I went along to Connected North this week — great to see so many of you there, especially the Managed Access Providers who play such a critical role in the OTS ecosystem, supporting a large number of CPs across the industry.
I also had the opportunity to take to the stage to mark the success we’ve achieved together on residential switching, reflect on what we’ve learned, and talk about what comes next. There were some honest and useful conversations about the challenges — and opportunities — of starting the journey towards business switching. It’s clear that momentum is building, and many of you are already making solid progress in your plans.
Business Switching – What’s Next
We’re aiming to publish the price list for the TOTSCo Business Switching Solution in early May, with connection testing available from the end of May. We’ll be sharing details soon on how you can sign up to take part.
Our planning is currently focused on a go-live in early 2026, and we’re working closely with industry to make sure the solution is robust, practical, and ready to scale.

Thanks, as always, to everyone who’s contributing to this progress. We’ll keep sharing updates as we move forward together.
