This week marks an exciting milestone in the OTS journey with over 200,000 successfully completed switches! It's great to see volumes continuing to increase during this traditionally busy period, and to report that as anticipated the hub continues to perform well within SLAs under this increased load.
We now have 287 brands in the live directory, with 247 of them onboarded through a Managed Access Provider (MAP). This highlights the vital role MAPs play in the OTS process. Their involvement is essential in making the OTS process accessible, efficient, and successful for the entire industry. More information on the MAPs can be found here.
We all recognise that collaboration is key to the success of OTS, and the CP-to-CP tool is crucial to enabling it. We now have 66 registered users, and I would like to encourage anyone who hasn’t signed up yet to do so. Signing up ensures that, should any issues arise, users can directly contact each other to resolve them quickly, making the process smoother for everyone involved. Sign up here.
Engagement is still crucial as OTS settles and becomes routine for all of us. I attended the ISPA Awards last night, and it was great to catch up with so many users and get some (largely positive) feedback. I'll also be at the INCA Summit next week, looking forward to catching up with more of you and continuing our discussions on the future of OTS and business switching.
Lastly, an update on some TOTSCO board matters: we will be holding hustings next week as part of the election process of the Constituency Director for New Infrastructure Providers. We have two candidates: Neil Isherwood from Fibrus and Jeremy Chelot from Netomnia, who has decided to stand for re-election.
Don’t forget, if you’d like to join our Annual General Meeting (AGM), it will now be held online on 10 December from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. We’ve had a great response so far, so if you would like to come along, contact us and we will send you an invite.
That’s all from me for folks. I look forward to seeing you all at our November Stakeholder Forum next Wednesday, as well as at the INCA Summit. If you'd like an invite, just get in touch with us ([email protected]).
Have a great weekend!
