This week, we’ve reached a major industry milestone—over half a million switches successfully completed through the One Touch Switch process! This achievement reflects the collective effort and commitment across the industry – well done, everyone! Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback on Bulletin 78, our consultation on the proposed updates to the User Agreement and MAP Agreement for business switching. We will carefully review all submissions and publish our response in due course.
I would like to take this opportunity to update you on some important changes to the TOTSCo Board, which plays a crucial role in TOTSCO’s governance and strategic direction.
Mark Stephens will be assuming the role of Constituency Director for the Large Retail Provider Constituency on the TOTSCo Board, effective 14 February 2025. Mark will replace Dee Cheek, who is stepping down as she will be leaving BT, her current employer.
In addition, Andrew Glover will be leaving his role as Constituency Director for the Small Retail Provider Constituency, effective 4 March 2025. Andrew's departure comes as ISPA's generous funding of the position, which was intended to cover the launch period of One Touch Switching, comes to an end. We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the role of Small Retail Constituency Director. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to both Dee Cheek and Andrew Glover for their dedication and invaluable contributions to TOTSCo and One Touch Switching. They have been with us from the very beginning of this journey, and I speak on behalf of the board and the wider industry in thanking them for all their hard work and commitment.

We’ll be covering the latest updates on our Gaining Provider Led Business (GPLB) Switching Solution, including progress and next steps, as well as the ongoing operation of OTS.
