TOTSCo

Last week, we hit a new high for 2025 with 8,928 completed switches in a single day — bringing the total number of successful switches since go-live on 12 September 2024 to over 771,000. With more than 11 million messages now processed through the Hub, it continues to operate effectively and support industry demand.

Operationally, things are running smoothly. Enquiry volumes are continuing to decrease – a positive indicator that the One Touch Switch (OTS) process is bedding in well, with fewer issues and greater confidence across the industry.

All our performance data can be found here, where we share key metrics such as switch orders, match rates, and message volumes, giving you valuable insights into performance trends.

This week, we hosted our March Stakeholder Forum (presentation and meeting recording can be found here) -an important opportunity to connect with you, our stakeholders. As TOTSCo was created by the industry, for the industry, these sessions are a key part of how we keep you informed, involved, and up to date.

While OTS remains a core focus, we’re also turning our attention to business switching. At this month’s Stakeholder Forum, we were pleased to welcome Megan Corcoran, Co-Chair of the GPLB Steering Group, who shared valuable insight into how the industry-defined business switching process has been developed.

We also provided an update on our proposed GPLB solution, including indicative timelines and the next steps for those who wish to use it. A key upcoming milestone is the release of the TOTSCo GPLB API specification – targeted for around the end of March. This will allow CPs and MAPs to review the technical details needed to connect to the TOTSCo Hub and begin planning their integration with the industry’s GPLB switching process.

Next steps include finalising the commercial model, which will be shared with industry for consultation. We aim to provide more detail on this at our next Stakeholder Forum on 29 April.

If you’d like to stay updated, on our progress you can register for updates here.

That all from me folks.

Have a great weekend.

Paul

CEO, TOTSCo
