It's great to see the continued growth in OTS switching volumes, with over 300,000 switch requests now placed and 180,000 successfully completed. To keep up to date on OTS progress, we update stats daily on our website.
While many providers are fully operational, we have over 40 communication providers still completing the testing process. We’re working closely with them to ensure they’re ready to support switching, as it’s vital for consumers to have the ability to switch seamlessly to any provider. If you haven’t yet begun your OTS journey, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to get started.
We have a new date for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), it will now take place online on 10 December at 9.30-10.30. Our AGM is a vital part of our governance framework and gives you an opportunity to engage with our Chair, Board of Directors and key members of TOTSCo’s Executive. You’ll have a chance to discuss the organisation's governance, review our performance to date and explore the challenges facing TOTSCo and the industry in the coming year ahead.

On the subject of governance, I’m pleased to share that we’ve received four expressions of interest for the role of Constituency Director for New Infrastructure Providers. Hustings will soon take place, giving each candidate the opportunity to present their vision and priorities for the role. Members of the constituency will then vote to elect their preferred candidate. I look forward to announcing the successful candidate soon thereafter.
A quick reminder – our invoicing period is now underway. If you haven’t had the chance yet, please submit your 2024 customer numbers to help ensure that cost recovery is shared fairly across the industry. If you’re using a Full Management MAP, don’t worry – your MAP will submit these numbers on your behalf so please be ready to supply the information to them.
