Bulletin 80: TOTSCo Board Update: Leadership Changes
We would like to update you on recent changes to the TOTSCo Board. Effective governance is crucial as we continue to support the industry, not only in the successful operation of One Touch Switch but also in driving TOTSCo’s broader objectives and future initiatives.
We are pleased to announce that Mark Stephens will be stepping into the role of Constituency Director for the Large Retail Provider Constituency on the TOTSCo Board, effective 14 February 2025. Mark will be replacing Dee Cheek, who will be stepping down from her position as she will be leaving BT, her current employer.
Additionally, we would like to announce that Andrew Glover will be stepping down from his role as Constituency Director for the Small Retail Provider Constituency, effective 4 March 2025. Andrew's departure comes as ISPA's generous funding of the position, which was intended to cover the launch period of One Touch Switching, comes to an end.
Reflecting on his time at TOTSCo, Andrew Glover shared, “I have been involved in the requirements, evolution, and delivery of One Touch Switching since TOTSCo was first established in 2022. It’s both rewarding and a privilege to have seen it reach the point of live service.”

What is the role of a Constituency Director?
While appointed to represent a specific constituency, all Constituency Directors share the same responsibilities as other Directors. This includes acting in TOTSCo’s best interests overall, in compliance with company law and the Articles. The Constituency Director will participate in monthly Board meetings, contribute to strategic decisions, and ensure effective communication between the Constituency and TOTSCo’s Board.
