We've now passed the six-month milestone since OTS go-live, with the Hub operating effectively under increasing volumes – a fantastic achievement for the industry. To date, it has processed over 10 million messages, with 673,000 switches successfully completed.
This week, we’ve seen record-breaking volumes, with 10,000 switch orders placed on each of two consecutive days. The industry continues to embrace OTS, with the number of participating brands growing from 167 at go-live to 317, alongside 16 Managed Access Providers (MAPs) now supporting providers in accessing the Hub.
We remain committed to working closely with the OTS Operations Forum and the industry stakeholders to refine and enhance our services, ensuring the Hub operates as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Don't forget, we publicly display all our performance data, providing transparency on how the OTS Hub is operating. Here, we share key metrics such as switch orders, match rates, and message volumes, giving you valuable insights into performance trends.
Today is the final day to provide feedback on our 2025/26 budget which we issued via Bulletin 83 on 27 February. Since TOTSCo’s costs are borne by industry, transparency remains a priority, and we welcome your feedback. Finally, on the subject of business switching and following your feedback, last week we issued the updated User and Managed Access Provider Agreements—see Bulletin 84 for details. We have now started development of our Gaining Provider Led Business (GPLB) Switching solution, which will be based on our existing OTS Hub and supporting services. The solution is set to be technically ready for users to begin testing by the end of June, subject to overall industry readiness. I look forward to sharing full details with you soon and discussing this further at our next Stakeholder Forum on 26 March.
