We are delighted to welcome Rob Bratby to the TOTSCo team, joining us as General Counsel. He is responsible for legal and regulatory issues across the organisation, including contracts with suppliers and users, and telecoms and data regulatory compliance. Rob brings over 25 years of telecoms experience gained as a partner in UK and US law firms in London and Singapore, as well as working in-house at a telecoms company and for Ofcom’s predecessor, Oftel.
