This week, switch orders have doubled to 3,425, with 480 now completed – excellent achievement by the 16 brands currently in trials. With 4 more brands joining next week, I expect these volumes to increase even further. This momentum is very encouraging as we enter the final two weeks before OTS go-live.
I am also encouraged by the number of organisations in integration testing totaling 72, many of which are scheduling Production Implementation Tests (PIT) – the final step before going live. If you haven’t yet booked your PIT, which is a straightforward connection test, please contact our Service Desk.

This week, we hosted our August Stakeholder Forum. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed with your questions and feedback. With two weeks to OTS go-live we focused on preparing industry for go-live, outlining what to expect on day one, and detailing the ongoing support you can count on from us post-go-live.
