After a busy March, we’ve seen switch volumes settle into a more regular pattern — a sign that the One Touch Switch (OTS) process is becoming business as usual across the industry. The Hub continues to operate effectively, with over 852,000 switches successfully completed and more than 11.6 million messages processed since go-live.
Enquiry volumes to our service desk remain low — a positive sign that the service is bedding in well and user confidence is growing.
Don’t forget you can track OTS switching performance on our website here, where we regularly update key data like switch orders, match rates, and message volumes.
Work on our business switching solution is progressing. Finalising the commercial model is a key focus right now, and we’d like to thank everyone who’s already registered for updates. We’ll be sharing more details soon — including how CPs and MAPs can sign up to use the TOTSCo business switching solution and get involved in testing.
If you haven’t registered for updates, you can do so here.
Come and see us at Connected North – we’ll be on the Connected Society Stage at 11:55am on 24 April for “Building on Success: What’s Next for OTS and Business Switching?”
Whether you're already part of OTS or just starting to explore business switching, we’d love to meet you. These events are a great opportunity to connect directly, ask questions, and share feedback — so if you’re there, come and say hello.
And if you'd prefer a one-to-one conversation, feel free to email me directly and we can set up a time to chat.
